At Vidya Mandir the teacher is also a mentor, a guide, a friend and a tutor who makes sure that the student has grasped what is being taught to him/her before moving on to the next topic due. He/she waits for the student to understand what is going on right now and become comfortable before moving to the next step. Our teachers don’t believe in rushing through topics just to get done with the syllabus. If a student hasn’t understood a concept even after several rounds of explanation, we encourage a private dialogue between the student and teachers. Our teachers will never proceed to the next step leaving children is doubt, and we can guarantee you that.
